This short and flowing sequence takes only 3–5 minutes to complete and can be done in a small space — your lounge, bedroom, kitchen, or even in the garden. It’s based on the classic 24-form Tai Chi but simplified for beginners, making it easy to learn and enjoyable to practice.
You can learn 8-Form Tai Chi in a workshop or class, with around 8 hours of guided learning and 12 hours of self-practice — we aim to help you build a solid foundation in just 20 hours! With clear step-by-step guidance, you’ll gain the confidence to practice at home and make it part of your daily routine. Whether you're brand new to Tai Chi or looking to refresh your practice, this 8-form Tai Chi flow is a beautiful place to start.

🎓What You’ll Learn

Each form will be broken down clearly, with guidance on body dynamics, breath, flow, and the meditative essence behind each movement. You’ll also explore the deeper principles of Tai Chi, including its calming energy, martial roots, and adaptable variations.
